 I had a comment from Johnny Green on the Plebe Summer Blog quote from Theodore Roosevelt. Today the Reef Points or Midshipman Handbook is actually online. But it does not contain the fabulous quotes that we had to remember. What a shame! I was going to buy an old copy but the new ones are not worth the time and effort. On Induction Day all of the plebes line up throughout Alumni Hall to receive standard issue gear which includes several uniforms, combat boots, running sneakers and a copy of Reef Points (the book which they must become familiar with over the course of the summer).
Does anyone have a copy of the Reef Points from 1976? If so please respond to this post.
